Thanks to the traditional architecture with thick walls, not air conditioned rooms on the ground floor are agreeable cool even in summer. Meals are being served in the courtyards of the riad under orange trees heavy with fruits or full in bloom as long as weather permits - in Marrakech almost all year long.
