Making oil olives-Morocco

Pressing olives in Bizdad. Somewhere between Marrakech and Essaouira. It may be simple but it is very effective the way olive oil is produced. First the man places the olives in the trough and then the donkey does the work as he walks around and around until the oil is squeezed from the olives. This other man is scooping the olive oil from the large vat into smaller ones.
