In February 2013, the runway can be driven with a suitable small Enduro. There were a lot of rock falls and extreme crashes in the last section. Wider BMW R 1200 GS and Land Rover, Quad and other all-terrain vehicle would have to vacate the final section of the very narrow trails. In February (and probably until March), there are also long and deep snowfields. However, there is the alternative option of turning more into the valley and the canyon, thus bypassing the difficult passages. Reisetipps: Die teilweise extrem schwere Gebirgspiste von Midelt zum Cirque de Jaffar wird wegen einer alternativen Asphaltstraße nach Imilchil nicht mehr unterhalten, lässt sich aber im Februar 2013 trotz Felsstürzen und extremen Abbrüchen im letzten Abschnitt sowie einer schweren Piste durch den Canyon mit einer geeigneten Enduro noch fahren. Breitere BMW R 1200 GS sowie Land Rover, Quad und andere Geländewagen müssten den letzten Abschnitt des sehr schmalen Trails kurz vor der Einfahrt in den Talkessel von Felsstürzen beräumen. Im Februar (und wohl noch bis März) gibt es zudem lange und tiefe Schneefelder. Es besteht aber alternativ die Möglichkeit, eher in den Talkessel und die Schlucht abzubiegen und so die schwierigsten Passagen zu umgehen.
