Just before the swim – Tri4Africa!

On the boat! Rob is about to attempt the 25k swim across the strait of Gibraltar as part of his Tri4Africa Triathlon from the UK to Cape Town. This swim is notoriously difficult as its one of the worlds busiest shipping lanes, and many sharks use the route too! Rob is cycling 19,000km from the UK to Cape Town, South Africa to raise money for the charity Re~cycle and to go see the World Cup! Along the way he will swim 25k across the busy Strait of Gibraltar and do an 84km Ultra marathon down in SA, making this one BIG triathlon!
