Essaouira is a colorful fishing town situated within 15th century Portuguese fortifications. A one hour stop on the way at Sidi Kaouki, a big windsurfing destination along with other beaches along the coast. The tour bus reached Essaouira giving us the rest of the day to make our way through the rain flooded streets and into the Old Medina for exploration plus tomorrow.
